Step up, log your numbers, lock your schedule, and clear what's about to spoil in the fridge.

How Coach Gerald Adapts Your Menu:

If you're dropping 1.0 to 2.0 lbs/week, we stay the course. If you stall for two weeks in a row (loss is 0.0 lbs or under 0.2 lbs), we silently crank up vegetable fiber volume and trim starchy carb portions. If you're shedding >2.5 lbs/week, I'll force more complex carbs into your meals so you don't crash and binge.

Step 2: 7-Day Schedule Matrix

Lock in meal counts and tag Date Nights. Date Night elevates the adult course and gives kids an easy meal.

Fast Presets:

Step 3: The Crisper Drawer Biohazard Audit

Stop buying groceries until we clear what's about to go bad. Everything listed here gets forced into Monday–Wednesday.

Strictly Scheduled M–W

I will ruthlessly insert these into dinner before they turn into mold.

Excludes From Shopping Cart

Keeps you from buying a fourth bottle of cumin or extra rice you already have.

Step 4: Budget Caps & The 'Sanity Valve'

Keep the grocery bill under control and allocate a controlled treat so you don't snap and raid the pantry.

Store Sourcing Baseline:
Walmart Supercenter & Ingles Markets

Everyday family packs, low-cost bulk staples. No $12 artisanal sauces.

Controlled Treat ("Sanity Valve")

Adds a 14-portion adult treat to your shopping cart & menu so you don't rage-eat.

Automatic 14-Serving Grocery Inclusion:

Coach Gerald will schedule a realistic 14-serving treat (e.g. 3 boxes of Greek yogurt bars) under "Controlled Treats" to cover both adults for the entire week.

Coach Gerald's Pantry Reality Check

I built recipes using these high-impact staples to hit your protein targets under budget. Do you actually have these in your kitchen, or do we need to swap them for budget whole foods?
